Areas Covered
I am based in Surbiton and cover South West London and Surrey. I am happy to travel to other parts of the UK but there will be an additional charge for travel expenses and the extra time involved. I regularly work in East Sussex so I can often do a session there with no extra charges for travel. Please contact me for available dates.
Commercial Work
I am available for commercial work for promotional material or company websites. I also do headshots for Spotlight entries. Please contact me for a quote.
Payment Policy
The session fee is payable upon booking to reserve the time and date. You pay for the prints and/or products when you order them after viewing your online gallery. I accept payment by cheque, cash or debit/credit card via Paypal.
Cancellations – sickness / bad weather
Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before your shoot. Please call before then so that your deposit can be applied towards another date.
If your child is poorly then it’s normally best to reschedule as they might not be very willing models if they’re not well! Please give as much notice as possible. If they have a little scratch or pimple then please don’t worry as I can edit this out in post-production. However if they have a large rash/black eye etc then it’s best to reschedule just in case it’s not possible to retouch.
We don’t usually have to reschedule due to bad weather. Overcast skies produce a lovely soft light and actually make my job much easier! If it’s very cloudy then we’ll usually spend more of the time outside as it may be too dark inside to capture shots with available light only. If it’s raining then we don’t necessarily have to cancel.....the light can still be fine indoors and also wellies and umbrellas can look great in photos! We would only reschedule if it was so dark and gloomy that there was absolutely no chance of getting any photos in natural light.
