So don't worry if you don't have time to do the work immediately, the course will be there for you when you need it.
how LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE?
I suggest taking the course over 10 days so you can do one lesson a day and complete the corresponding pages in the workbook. The lessons are under 15 minutes in length, and then I would allow around 15 minutes to complete the workbook alongside each lesson. So 30 mins a day for 10 days is ideal, but if you want to take it in more or less time, that's totally up to you!
The 11 video lessons and the visualisation audio will take you under 2 hours in total to go through. I have purposely made the lessons engaging, fluff-free and under 15 mins each as I believe in concise, actionable training that won't take you many unnecessary hours to consume!
How long will the course take to complete?
I gave this a lot of thought but decided not to add a community. This is deeply introspective work and I don't want you to be comparing your answers to people and being thrown off track.
